2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Primal P 3D is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help you review the issue.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the package and affected items. We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
